1. What is Magic Threads & Design Co.?
Magic Threads & Design Co. was born from my love of crafting and creating meaningful memories. It all started with a pair of handmade mouse ears for my daughter’s first Disney trip, and it quickly grew into a passion for making custom, one-of-a-kind pieces. Now, I create a variety of handmade items to add a little magic to your everyday life!
2. How do I place an order?
Simply browse my shop, select your favorite items, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, and I’ll start preparing your order!
3. Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! I love creating custom designs. If you’re looking for a personalized touch on ears, shirts, totes, cups, change purses, or keychains, feel free to reach out and we’ll make something magical together!
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Custom orders are usually ready for pick up within 3–5 business days.
5. Do you ship items?
Due to how the website works, it will always ask for a shipping address, but I am not currently offering shipping. You can send my shop a message or reach out on social media before ordering to arrange a pickup day and location.
6. How do I pick up items at Tinto’s Coffee?

Each item has a QR code. To purchase, scan the QR code with your phone camera, add it to your cart, and check out. You will enter a shipping address, but nothing will be shipped — the item is available in-store to take home immediately.
7. Can I arrange pickup elsewhere?
Yes! You can message me before purchasing to arrange a local pickup in the Acworth/Kennesaw, GA area.
8. Can I return or exchange an item?
Due to the custom and handmade nature of my products, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact me — I’m happy to work with you to make it right!
